Gabrielle Franklin is a playwright whose work investigates the political cycles of identity, compromise, and how we pursue understanding and advocacy in a world without easy answers. Gabby’s previous plays were winners of the Rice Player’s Playfest in 2022 and 2023 and were recently produced in Houston, Texas. Gabby is excited to be currently pursuing an MFA in Playwriting at Boston University and holds two bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and English from Rice University.
